No liability is accepted for loss, theft, or damage to items brought into the studio by participants. Participants are expressly advised not to bring any valuables to the course.
Conditions Of Participation
The subject of the contract is the provision of an agreed service, not the achievement of a specific physical result.
In order to achieve the best possible results, the customer undertakes to provide complete information about any previous illnesses, current illnesses, and ongoing medical treatment, as well as to indicate any regular medication. This also applies to informing the course instructor about current health problems before each individual course session.
The information provided during the courses and individual lessons does not constitute medical advice and does not replace medical diagnosis, consultation, and treatment by a doctor.
All customers are therefore advised to consult their doctor before participating in courses and individual lessons to clarify whether there are any medical concerns.
Customers are expressly advised to consult a doctor and seek medical advice if signs of possible negative health effects occur during participation in courses or individual lessons.
Participation is prohibited in the event of a contagious illness.
Studio Rules
Customers are obliged to observe the studio rules. These are an integral part of the contract and are accepted by the customer. Violations may result in a ban from the premises. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of course fees already paid.
Registration
Participation in a course requires binding registration. This registration can be made in person, by telephone, by text message, or by email.
The registration is only valid if it has been confirmed by the operator. Participation without prior registration is only possible if there are free places available.
